Russell Broadhead has enjoyed a multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural engineering career in the energy sector spanning more than 3 decades, across the UK, Middle East and Africa. He has extensive knowledge of construction theory and practise, coupled with director level expertise and insight. The skills that he brings to his consulting practise encompass strategic planning and leadership, financial oversight, operational management and governance as well as new business development. Highly effective competencies in people and team development, conflict resolution, change management, business rescue administration, contract negotiation and the ability to influence effectively across all levels.
